Our Story
Trinity is the perfect destination where nature meets luxury and relaxation. We are in a remote location on a farm called Langkuil, situated +-25km before Riviersonderend.
Langkuil is a working farm and therefore rich in history as it has been in the Smal family name for more than 5 generations.
The farm is mainly focused on harvesting grains such as wheat, canola, barley and also farm with sheep.
If you’re lucky enough, you will encounter some of the animals that call Langkuil their home. Such as deer , bat-eared foxes a few bird and falcon species also meerkats and other cat species.
This romantic cabin with ever changing farm and mountain views will absolutely leave you feeling revived, restored and renewed.

Our Vision & Mission
Our name Trinity is from a Christian background meaning the unity of The Father , The Son and The Holy spirit. And that is what we strive towards – Unity.
Our aim is to provide our guests with the most romantic, tranquil and relaxing experience. We want Trinity to be a place of revival, restoration and renewal for couples, families and friendships leaving you with a feeling of rejuvenation and new desire for life .
What to do in & Around Trinity
As mentioned previously we are located more or less 25km from Riviersonderend, a small but significant little town on the N2 highway. With famous destinations such as the very first Ou meul bakery and other restaurants like Padloper.
Stanford is about half hour drive away. It’s a charming, quiet village in the Overberg region, known for its well-preserved Cape Victorian and Edwardian architecture, a market square, art galleries, shops, and restaurants, making it a great destination for a relaxing getaway. There is also a big market every last Friday of the month. Then Caledon is about 50km drive with the K3 -World’s longest zipline. There are also a few wine tasting farms between Riviersonderend and Stanford like Raka wines and Boschrivier wines.

These apply automatically upon issuing an invoice in your name. Any changes to these terms will be promptly communicated to guests via email or their preferred contact method, ensuring clarity and transparency in all transactions.
Availability and Reservation:
Accommodation is subject to availability. Upon issuance of a pro forma invoice, payment in full is required with booking to secure your dates. Proof of payment should be emailed to cabinstrinity@gmail.com .
Rates and Extras:
Rates are calculated per night stay for two guests. Our rates do not include food or any extras ordered from our website. Children under 2 years old stay for free. Any discrepancies in advertising or website information will be promptly rectified to ensure accurate pricing information for our guests.
Risk and Liability:
Entry and use of our premises and facilities are at your own risk. Trinity Cabins and its staff are not liable for any loss, injury, or damages during your stay. Our location on a farm may bring you into proximity with natural elements like snakes, spiders, birds, and small animals. We cannot be held responsible for injuries or damages as this is their natural habitat.
Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellations are available up until 15 days before arrival. Cancellations made between 8 and 14 days before arrival will result in the forfeiture of the 50% of total.
Cancellations made within 0-7 days before arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total amount. All cancellation refunds will be processed within 5 business days, and the applicable bank charges will be deducted accordingly.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is from 14:00, and check-out is at 10:00. For Sunday check-outs, flexible timings can be discussed before arrival. Please get in touch with us in advance to arrange any late check-outs to avoid additional charges or inconvenience.

Lost Property:
In case of lost property, arrangements can be made to dispatch items via courier services. Guests are responsible for all associated costs, which must be settled before dispatch. Any unclaimed property will be held for a period of 1 month before donation to a charitable organisation.
Notification of Changes:
Guests will be promptly notified via email or their preferred communication method regarding any updates or significant amendments to the terms and conditions. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
